Temple Building Construction Stage 1

We plan to set up a new temple building and it is currently in the pre-approval stage with Andover City.
Pre-stage steps completed so far;
1. Survey the site and mark wetlands as per town/state requirements – Done
2. Soil Test – Done
3. Building Plan – Done
4. Building Plan Approval – Pending
Temple building construction – Stage 1 fundraising goal $350’000.
As of now as a temporary solution, we are using a renovated barn as the monk’s residence, this has heating and plumbing issues. The first stage is to develop the land and complete one bedroom, one bathroom kitchen, and a small living area so that Monks can move in. It will be sufficient enough for monks to live onsite throughout the year.
The second stage of the project will include additional bedrooms for monks and a larger shrine room (Hall) for indoor group events and other Buddhist rituals. Stage two also includes garages/storages, landscaping, and improving the building as per public building codes and regulations.
