Temple has recurrent expenses below but not limited to;

1. Utilities – Electricity and Gas Refills for heating.
2. Property Taxes (We are in the process of applying for a tax exception, till then we have to pay the taxes)
3. Property Insurance.
4. Landscaping-related fees/lawn maintenance.
5. Pest Control as lawns may have ticks and mosquito control.
6. Internet and connections and phone.
7. Appliances decorations and quick supplies for various events.
8. Minor repairs for plumbing and electricity maintenance, service fees.
9. Monk expenses such as traveling, and food (Dana).

We highly recommend you make recurring monthly donations for this ongoing project. Monthly donations help us to plan our future projects and recurrent expenses and also can be used as proof of income to the bank to get more financial benefits such as HELOC loans, and financial plans for renovation projects.

Monthly donations are also exempt from taxable income as our temple is a registered non-profitable organization. and you can always reach our treasurer (info@ctbv.com) for supporting tax documents.
